Leader Retreat

Two weekends ago, the Bike & Build leader orientation took place down in Philadelphia and it was just what we needed to get EVEN MORE (who knew that was possible) excited and motivated for our summer trips!



After months of emails I finally got to meet my leadership team face to face and I can already tell this summer is going to be AMAZING. (And it is a little crazy to think that "this summer" starts in a little over a month!) Together we were prepped on what it means to be a B&B leader, tested on proper therma-rest etiquette, and our plans to make this summer a success.

Sweet, sweet tan-lines await... now it's back to the gym to prep these legs for a summer of pedaling.
